Great, the staff is great and attentive. Food is fresh and tasty . The place is an experience not to be missed .

Airconditioning is reasonable , difficult to adjust if the temperature outside is very hot.

Incredibly large room in a beautiful historial building in the centre of Naples. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast room is just phenomenal. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again

The Palazzo is in the heart of Napoli, ideally located for both walking and public transportation. We got the best table directly next to the balcony for breakfast — during which the server casually told us the history of the Palazzo, including how Garibaldi announced the annexation of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies into the Kingdom of Italy in 1860…on the very balcony we were sitting next to. Not that it really matters after all this, but breakfast was also very nice and included a wide variety of traditional and international sweet and savory options. The room was spacious, clean, and decorated how you would expect a hundreds-of-years-old Italian palazzo to be decorated inside (apart from the industrial kitchen cabinetry and the SMEG fridge resembling the Italian flag). The building itself is the epitome of old luxury and craftsmanship. The beds were excellent, we slept well.

In the heart of Napoli, earplugs are recommended. Also, the in-room AC turned off every 4–5 hours for some reason (they told us that they were going to look into it after our 2-night stay).

O PALÁCIO É DE FACTO LINDO, A SALA DO PEQUENO ALMOÇO É FABULOSA, BEM CONSERVADA E LEVA-NOS A UMA VOLTA AO PASSADO, VALE MESMO A PENA. FIQUEI COM VONTADE DE VOLTAR PARA FICAR ALOJADA NUM QUARTO VERDADEIRAMENTE PALACIANO.

O QUARTO QUE FIQUEI DESILUDIU-ME, FOI MESMO UMA PENA. A CLASSIFICAÇÃO DO MESMO COMO APARTAMENTO DESCARACTERIZOU COMPLETAMENTE O QUARTO, A COLOCAÇÃO DE UM FRIGORIFICO E DE UMA BANCADA DE COZINHA NUM QUARTO DE PALACIO, NÃO LEMBRA A NINGUEM E ESTRAGA COMPLETAMENTE O AMBIENTE. QUEM QUER UM QUARTO COM COZINHA NÃO PROCURA ESTE TIPO DE ALOJAMENTO. FICAR NUM PALÁCIO ENVOLVE UMA ATMOSFERA QUE NÃO É COMPATIVEL COM ESSA IDEIA DE APARTAMENTO. DEVERIAM REPENSAR ESTA CLASSIFICAÇÃO OU ENTÃO AVISAR ANTECIPADAMENTE, ATÉ PORQUE OS OUTROS QUARTOS SÃO MARAVILHOSOS. FOI MESMO UMA PENA.
