I really appreciated how clean it was, how spacious it was, and also how comfortable the mattress and the bed were overall. The little balcony was the icing on the cake.

The property was excellent, but the manager was discourteous and verbally aggressive during our phone conversations. Even after I raised the issue, he didn’t apologize and instead spoke condescendingly, implying that an upgrade should earn him a positive review. I felt disrespected and treated with no dignity, which was disappointing during what was meant to be a relaxing stay. I still recommended the property to a friend because my issue was not with the accommodation itself, but with the manager’s attitude. Every guest deserves to be treated with respect and dignity.

It was in a good location in the midst of many hotels, businesses, restaurants, grocery stores, juice bars! The room was very clean.

I am finding that many hotels in Italy do not have front desk staff on site. I had problems accessing the hotel once the front gate was closed, mainly due to the fact that I did not realize there was a smaller entrance door, built within the larger door! Which I bumped my head into several times. Apparently these were used for allowing horse drawn carriages in hence the very large doors, but in order to prevent massive heat loss during colder seasons, they added the smaller doors. History lesson.

Great location just a few minutes walk from the historic city centre and a metro stop. There's an excellent cafe a few doors up to get breakfast. The room was much bigger than I expected, immaculately clean and modern, with a kettle, coffee pod machine, room safe and iron. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Top tip, to find the rooms; no.16 is on the left as you walk downhill, it's a pink building. Walk through the big archway, pass the security booth on the right, behind it is a small lift. Take that lift to the first floor, it opens into the hallway of the Luxury Suites. Or walk past the lift and up the stone staircase on the right. You want the door on the first floor, check out the doormat!
