Location was great. Very clean. Beds were comfy. No road noise. Had enough hot water. The instructions worked well. It seems complicated at first reading, but we just followed each step and when we had a problem (due to our error), our host buzzed us in. After doing it once, it was easy the other times.

The location is amazing. The staff couldn't be more helpful and it was spotlessly clean. Amazing value for money
The shower wasn't very powerful and it was very hot and the ac made little difference but this didn't negatively affect our stay.

Great location, decent size room and bathroom (shower a bit tired) and comfortable bed. Sonia (receptionist) was friendly and communicative.
The reception seems to be mainly unstaffed with all communication via WhatsApp. The reception area is totally devoid of atmosphere. Access to the hotel would be challenging for anyone with limited mobility as there is a set of stairs just before the entrance - it was tough to lug medium sized case up them. On arrival there was a lot of noise coming from a room nearby where a family with two young children were staying. This noise - yelling and shouting - was continuous when the kids were in the room and not asleep. We asked for a quiet room but were placed opposite, which we were assured would be fine. It wasn't really but I would have hated to be next door. All in all, the publicity for this hotel does not match the reality. We would not choose to stay again.
