Amazing location and good use of loft to have 2 kids in room with you for great price. Staff amazing and breakfast room really cute and helpful to have a little space out of room to wait for rest of family to wake up.

Drain smell was pretty bad from the shower, some of the electric plugs weren’t working, the scrambled eggs were not nice

The rooms are nicely done. You have to book time in the breakfast lounge (seats four people), so you need to arrange breakfast in advance with Francesca. She did do room service for us on the first morning. Food was fabulous.
The hotel was difficult to find, located down a narrow alleyway. The sign was tiny outside the main entrance and consisted only of the hotel logo. We had to ask two people before we were sure that we were in the right place. The elevator is quaint but tiny. This really is a bed and breakfast, not a hotel.
