We loved our stay here! First, the location was excellent and easy walking distance to many sights and places to see. Second, the staff was wonderful and helpful. Third, the breakfast was very tasty! I also have to say that everything was clean and ready for our visit. We were able to keep our luggage before check in on our arrival day and were able to store for the day before departure as well. I would highly recommend staying here and will stay next time I return to Napoli!

Francesca and the Melrose staff were hands on “All the time” Great location, only a few feet away from Spacca Napoli. Great Bars next to the location, great drinks. amazing vibe.
Family room was perfect for the 4 of us .
Strongly recommend this location.

Really nice bed and breakfast in the heart of Napoli center. Tons of amazing restaurants around for lunch and dinner and the hotel breakfast is delightful. Highly recommend this spot.

Room very very clean
Staff excellent: attention to customer, knowledgeable, exceeding expectations: Anna Maria you were wonderful, attentive and ready to provide our group of 10 people with outstanding service!Breakfast was excellent and great variety! Coffee in Napoli: to die for! Air conditioning working properly.
