Great location, amazing breakfast and helpful local information from Wol, the host.
The top floor was a little warm during the heatwave but Wol sorted us out with a fan.

Location 10 mins walk from Town centre, it had character and a traditional feel to the styling and age of the house which was in keeping, the rooms were also similar but had a modern shower room. The breakfast choices were vast even though all meat free which was a surprise when we arrived , and portions were very generous indeed. The room has a mini fridge which contained inclusive bottled waters which was appreciated as the temperatures were in the 30 degrees on the day we stayed .

Bed was comfortable. Late check out was nice. Setting was nice. Breakfast selection was very good.
Cleanliness of the room, we found hairs on our bathroom glass (appeared to have perhaps been washed out with the same cloth the bathroom was cleaned with) and another hair on our breakfast. Hotel host was very friendly but for us he was just a bit too imposing.
