Clean and comfortable and in a handy location for the town. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the money.

Prompt response to queries before our stay. Easy off road parking, easy walk to the centre of town and to Parkrun, nice welcome with clear information. Plenty of sockets in the room. Excellent breakfast with the flexibility to have only on one morning. Comfortable bed.
Very minor niggles: No decaff coffee in room, it would have been ideal if that had been provided, given that both caffienated and decaff tea were provided (probably wouldn't have commented if only caffeinated tea was on offer.) Some of the floor tiles in the bathroom and the basin were cracked, which was a shame as otherwise the bathroom was very nice.

Very good breakfast all freshly cooked to our order (placed the evening before). There was parking on the premises and the street was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the hosts welcoming.
The room above had a creaky floor which woke us up in the night when other guests arrived and also were up in the night. This is an older property and so to some extent this is unavoidable. My recommendation is to not stay in a ground floor room.
