Great location and a lovely property. Rupert and Caroline were good hosts who were not intrusive . Their breakfast was amazing, the best we've had in a B & B. A comfortable bed and traditionally furnished. We will be returning in the Autumn.
Shower room was small with some dust on the radiator and elsewhere in the room.

Very good breakfast all freshly cooked to our order (placed the evening before). There was parking on the premises and the street was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the hosts welcoming.
The room above had a creaky floor which woke us up in the night when other guests arrived and also were up in the night. This is an older property and so to some extent this is unavoidable. My recommendation is to not stay in a ground floor room.
