Room was really lovely, clean, spacious, good bathroom was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was as it's in a very traditional pub so wasn't expecting it to be quite so nice. Staff on our first night were really lovely as well, can't fault them. Also as you go through the pub courtyard to get to them was expecting racket; not at all! They were almost like little apartments, genuinely very cute.

All very nit-picky things. Overall it was a good stay. -Too noisy, not even from the pub our window led out onto the street and constant noise. -Window only opened slightly so no air to the room making it uncomfortably muggy. -We asked on arrival for extra milk and tea for the room and a lovely lady gave it to us only for the person who cleaned the room the next day while we were out to take it away again and then no one would give us more claiming they didn't do milk sachets. -Sky didn't work though not the end of the world normal TV did. -Bed was huge which was brilliant but solid as a rock! genuine bad back from sleeping on it. -A bit out of the the tourist bit of town however lots of places to eat and drink very close.

Clean room, fabulous en-suite, hairdryer and fan

I have stopped here twice before. This time we woke up a few times in the night due to the shouting from the street which was still apparent at 4am. We thought the bar prices were expensive and the cooked breakfast was bare minimum and not good value.

Busy pub and the accommodation was at the back and well away from the lively main area. Very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Lovely place.
