It was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful.
The bathroom needed updating.
Our room was on the top floor with a lovely view but 3 flights of stairs was difficult for two 80 year old ladies.
However perhaps we should have requested not too many stairs when we booked or made sure there was a lift at the property.

The location was excellent.
Initial greeting of “name, here is you key, how are you paying card or cash”, disappeared!
Bedroom curtains needed re hanging and we were told “there’s a knack regarding use”
Shower very difficult to control.
No toiletries in shower or tissues.
