The breakfast was truly amazing and the service was excellent - lovely to see smiling faces in the morning. The red front reception room was a lovely place to sit and read the great collection of books. The location was exceptional, such a beautiful view opposite the park and a lovely walk through to the opera house.
The bathroom (sink in the bedroom) was not ideal. There was a bit of a fuddy-duddy feel to the room, next time we would make sure to book with view over the park. I wish we had known as we did not have a car, to arrive by the Broad Walk, as my husband was initially put off by the back of the building and the unnecessary uphill climb

We wanted our grown up kids to experience quality at a bed and breakfast. Gerard and Maggi delivered big time. This was our third visit and we love it there.
