The Cloisters

Location perfect, clean and quiet. Good size room.

Self check in was a nightmare as we were not sent the door code and check in information in advance, no staff on site. It all took time to get resolved. But would not be put off booking again.

Our room was spacious, with lovely views over Dingle Bay and the surrounding countryside, and it even had its own dining table. The location couldn’t be beaten — right in the town center. We also appreciated the communal area, which had a fridge and microwave, so we could bring in food and eat in the shared space. There were a few issues with the room at check-in, but our host responded quickly and got everything sorted. Special thanks to Michael for cleaning our room promptly and being so attentive to our needs.

There was nothing that we didn’t like

Great location, on a little side street but very close to town and everything. Loved access to a small shared kitchen space where we could serve our own breakfast.

Nothing.

The room was spotless and so big.

The pillow were dead, lumpy feather pillows, so uncomfortable and I ended up using a cushion instead. The radiator clicked and banged from like 10.30pm until 12.30 am, extremely annoying and loud. Rooms definitely not sound proof.
