Pretty basic, but clean with friendly staff. Great location on the edge of town.
You do have to carry your luggage up the stairs if you are staying on the second floor.

Location is unmatched! Especially lovely being able to buy our postcard, which we by in every place we stay, with the accommodation front and centre! The staff were locely, Check in was super easy and the Breakfast was just lovely over looking the harbour.
The stairs were a little steep for someone with bad knees :)

The location was perfection. The staff was helpful and welcoming. Beds were great.
At first it was hard to find the parking put once we did it was great.
