Found parking easily enough. Great location next to grocery store and restaurants/shops. Lovely and helpful front desk staff!!
Room was clean but could use a refresh (paint)
Not enough hangers in the bathroom (to hand clothes/towels)

The room was great and the location was good. I had little interaction with staff until we headed on the road and I realized I left behind a small cloth bag with travel books, adapters, and expensive earbuds - which 2 other members of my family watched me put into the bag before leaving the hotel (so I am certain the earbuds were in the bag). I asked the hotel to ship the forgotten bag to my son's residence in Cork and hoped to get the package before leaving Ireland. . It was not until16 days after requesting that the package be returned (when we were long gone from Ireland) the package was shipped. When my son in Cork opened the package a few days later, the earbuds were missing. So not the hotel's fault that I left my belongings behind... and I do appreciate that they shipped the bag. But at the end of the day, I am certain that someone on their staff took the earbuds which I find very disappointing.
