Great location with a homely vibe
Quite cold in the rooms and damp bathrooms but fine for a night or two

Nothing, it was perfect!

The Grapevine hostel was located perfectly in Dingle, just a couple minutes walk from the bus stop and all the restaurants and shops. All the info was up clearly and I didn't really have any questions. They had put recommendations on the wall and painted a map on Dingle Bay on the dining room wall, which made planning the day very easy.
The feeling was relaxed and friendly. I slept in a dorm bed and it was the best sleep I had had in a while.
A simple breakfast was included, which I found surprising since the stay was very cheap.
There isn't really much I think could be better. If I had to be nitpicky, I'd say that the upper dorm beds could have had a better spot for your hand to haul yourself up. But I didn't really have any big trouble with that.

Good breakfast, excellent and super helpful staff, comfy beds , soooo close to - well - everything! Nice, repurposed Victorian house , good , well- equipped and clean kitchen. Good value for price.
The rugs on the stairs & in rooms was really old and patched in places. The bathroom was _tiny_ but shower was ok

Very good!
Not their property but there is always someone snoring at night in the more than 4 person bedroom. Might be tired from his/her journey, they snore so hard. This is avoidable only if you’re in lucky!

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, great location. Everything is within walking distance. There is a small private outside patio area to sit in with high walls shielding you from the wind where you may have a drink and smoke too, if you're a smoker. There's also a nice communal sitting room and shared kitchen facilities.
Not a criticism of the accommodation, this is a hostel after all, but be aware you will be sharing a bathroom and need to bring your own towels. Also, there is no onsite parking and finding parking may be a little difficult. You may end up parking a short distance away. Keep in mind too that access to upper rooms is by staircase, which may present a challenge to those with mobility issues.

The staff were very kind and friendly, great location
The facilities were in very poor condition, cramped and seemed permanently unclean - the kind of unclean where building Reno’s are required.

Great experience, in the center where you can access everything.
Clean, but needs some improvement, like the toilet was old, there was not paiper holder, but overall experience was good.
One bathroom, that someone tracking your activities:)

Dingle is a lovely village, lots of great places to walk, eat and shop. The hostel is very close to the bars and restaurants with friendly staff.
Thought I'd booked a 3 bed dorm for the group, however, was in an 8 bed dorm with a very tiny shared bathroom. No quiet policy so people still coming in an out between midnight and 2.30 am. On street parking was outside the pubs, so we parked near the cattle market.

The location was perfect! You can walk every where.
I liked everything. One suggestion: add shelves by the beds so we can place phones and glasses by our side :)

Everyone was so nice and beyond accommodations. Legends truly. I messed my booking up and they gave a volunteer bed cause they had a spare room. Totally top notch people.
Everything was cherry no complaints.

Comfy beds, free toast and cereal for breakfast!
Could hear everything going on in the building, other people staying there were quite loud and not very considerate.

2 beds in an 8 bedder room on the top floor, very value for money. Showers were clean and water was hot. Other tenants very considerate, mindful of noise and lights past 10pm. Diverse crowd of mixed ages, lovely company. Light breakfast provided in the morning.
Room felt slightly musty and dusty especially widen sun wasn’t out. Not much room for bags. The age of the building does show but overall still get what you pay for.

It was located close to a lot of pubs and restaurants. Parking was free.
We arrived at 3pm to check in and found no one there with a sign saying they would be back around 3pm. The staff finally arrived around 3:30. She was very nice but is apparently a volunteer and didn't have a ton of knowledge about the area. The room was small but clean. You have to rent towels, we didn't realize that until a couple hours latwr and by then nobody was around to rent them from. Parking is very tricky. We were lucky to find a spot on the same small road but there were only a couple spots there. Other than that you would need to get lucky about finding street parking. For the price of the room, this didn't feel like the best value.

The Grapevine hostel is still the best hostel I have ever been accomodated in. The staff are always fantastic, the hostels tucked away and central location is unbeatable and I love the ambiance and dedication you can feel in everything from the outside patio to the fire/sitting room where you can chill. It feels like a home from home for me. Thank you guys!
