Perfect location for bars and restaurants in Dingle. Ideally situated for anyone booking boat trips as it's right on the harbour.
Our room, a deluxe double with sea view (Room 1) had a lovely view over the harbour. It was spacious and clean. It has a small double bed plus a sofa and small table. The bathroom is a little dated but plenty big enough with just a small shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Toiletries are supplied as are towels enough for your stay. We stayed two nights and although the room wasn't serviced we had enough towels for a two day stay.
Tea and coffee is free of charge and available in the reception area 24/7. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The room was warm enough having two radiators and one in the bathroom.
Breakfast was great (we had full Irish each morning) and there are cereals including gluten free options available along with fruit and yoghurt and fruit juice. I noticed that there was only one serving spoon for the cereals, this should be addressed as anyone using it to serve normal cereals could potentially contaminate the gluten free cereals through it being used for both.
There's nothing really not to like. The property does not have a lift so anyone with mobility issues/carrying large, heavy suitcases may struggle with the stairs (it's not a massive staircase though, just a little steep)
