Location, cleanliness
Extremely steep, long flight of stairs to walk up and down-made it very difficult to get luggage in and out of room, very hard mattresses, tiny room, water for shower was either scalding hot or frigid, could not get it in a comfortable range to take a shower, 2 separate faucets on the sink for hot and cold so you cannot have a comfortable water temperature to wash hands, key hard to get in and out of door, thin walls made it so you could hear everything going on around you.
