cosy, comfy central stay

Location was so central. Room was very warm, comfortable and spacious with tea/coffee too. Overall the decor and comfort exceeded what I expected when booking.

The bathroom door wasn't great, more like a screen to pull over rather than a door. No blinds on the windows either so if you're sensitive to morning light you need to pack an eyemask.

Lots of noise, from neighboring rooms and from hallway

Pros: very clean, comfortable bed. Great water pressure, excellent hot water in shower. Friendly front desk staff.

Cons: One of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. It’s on a relatively quiet street. The noise wasn’t coming from outside. Walls are thin. Can hear tv from neighbors. Can hear telephone chats from neighboring rooms. You could hear every foot step from the above room even with earplugs on. I always travel with ears just in case. But jeezzzz! Tiles in the bathroom were loose , but not a big problem. Wouldn’t recommend, noise alone makes this a bad deal

Clean but noisy, not for me

Comfortable bed and clean bathroom.

Very noisy - traffic and pedestrian noise late into the night and first thing in the morning. Rooms aren’t well insulated and you can also hear what everyone in the rooms around you is up to. Coffee maker didn’t work and Base actually charges for the coffee in the lounge, even tho it’s from a regular coffee machine. Parking can be tricky, need to plan ahead.

Very nice spot to stay in the Heart of Dingle.

It was very neat and functional close to everything . We were able to book same day to stay that night. The staff was very helpful.

The head of the bed was lower than the foot so we had to sleep backwards so the blood wouldn’t rush to our heads

Would stay here on every trip to Dingle!

Fantastic location right in the heart of the town. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Rooms are new, spacious and well fitted.

We had some broken glass on the floor of our room on check-in which was found unfortunately with bare feet

The location was fantastic for our stay in Dingle. It was easily within walking distance of everything and was very safe and secure.

Parking was a little challenging as you often have to drive around to find a parking spot in Dingle. Because of all the tourism. We felt lucky to find a parking spot in the lot across the street which is quite small. Once we got that spot we did not move. So if you have lots of luggage, it might be frustrating if you can't find a spot close by.

Overall a great stay minus the late night street noise. Receptionist was a great personality.

Nice size room for people and suitcases/travel stuff. The bathroom was very comfortable, included all necessary toiletries and hairdryer. The bed was comfortable.

The location was in the heart of the city center so there was a lot of foot traffic. Because there was no air conditioning and we needed to have the windows open for air circulation it was very noisy from street and walking noise.

Room was lovely and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was a great touch to have information in the room on what was happening in Dingle the night we stayed. Recommendations for during the day, live music at night and where to go for breakfast in the mornings. The location is brilliant and great value.

Everything was perfect, rooms are big and fresh, very comfortable bed, air conditioning works well and don’t blow directly to your bed and that’s great! You have water and coffee point in the room, also can buy some extras at the reception. Good shower too.

Perfect location to take in all the beauty of the Peninsula

This was a great hotel for our family of six. We were able to get side by side rooms and the double was perfect for our four kids. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the restaurants, shops, pubs and waterfront. Highly recommend Bean in Dingle for a coffee and The Diner for breakfast. Good location to take Slea Head drive which was beyond breathtaking. Dingle was our favorite city of our Ireland tour!

A brilliant trip with a brilliant accomodation.

From the second we walked in Sharon was friendly and helpful. She upgraded us to a nicer room. She also provided numerous recommendations on where to eat and what to see. She remembered us the next day and asked how our night went! Extremely friendly, will definitely recommend to others staying in Dingle.

Wasn’t very clean! The bathroom was dirty and the carpets were trashed. Had to have windows open all night for air flow and the street noise kept us up! There was a bar below our window.
