Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt bei Kitzbühel

Sehr schöne komfortable Ferienwohnung direkt bei Kitzbühel.Zimmer und Betten war alles sehr gut.Auch bei der Buchung hat alles sehr gut funktioniert.Danke nochmal an Frau Quand.Großer Balkon rundum,Parkplatz direkt am Haus.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.Kaution auch schon nach drei Tagen zurück erstattet.

Leider war bei der Endreinigung der Vormieter nicht alles so sauber hinterlassen worden wie es sein sollte.Geschirr teilweise nicht sauber,Bratenblech im Backofen überhaupt nicht gereinigt,und der Tresor wahrscheinlich noch vom Vorgänger verschlossen, so daß wir ihn nicht benutzen könnten.Hier sollte man auf eine bessere Kontrolle der Endreinigung achten.

Einmal-Erlebnis

Die Lage

Rückblickend für 6-7 Personen nicht grosszügig genug. Wohnraum zum einen durch das ausgeklappte Schrankbett aber auch insgesamt für 6 Personen zu klein. Küche ebenfalls zu klein. Geschirr und Gläser nicht in ausreichender Stückzahl. TV Screens nur in 2 Schlafzimmern und im Wohnbereich. 2 screens veraltet und eher kleinformatig, Screen nur in einem Schlafzimmer zeitgemäß. Fernbedienungen zum Teil mit fehlenden, leeren und in einem Fall leider ausgelaufenen Batterien. Zusätzliche Kosten für die Sauna erst nach Hinweis auf das Kleingedruckte gefunden. In einem Bad Klobürste zerbrochen vorgefunden. Vorschlag: alle sollten gegen frische ausgetauscht werden. Keine große Investition und bei regelmäßIger Kontrolle auch erkennbar. Trotz sofortiger Bitte per Mail, gab es bis zur Abreise bzw. Schlüsselrückgabe keinen Kontakt vom Vermieter NV-Events…

Good

Clean and cozy flat, although it’s not spacious, there is enough space for a couple. Note for skiers without a car! You are dependent on a ski bus which comes only 2 times per hour at peak hours, and once in an hour otherwise until ~18.49. As there is no pedestrian lanes in the city center direction, you are cut off from grocery and all other shops. But there are several nice restaurants in ~1 km.

The only serious complaint my partner and I had is the bed. Honestly, it is the worst we both have ever slept on. I really suggest the property owners:managers to address the issue: the mattress’s topper is worn out completely!!!
