Nice, spacious room/Apartment Cats on the balcony

Apartment is very noisy. Door to the building is left open and I think at some point in the night dogs were coming into the building and barked, it was very loud. Woke up several times. Don't forget your earplugs. Shower could use some maintenance.

A pleasant location

Perfect location for transit accommodation. The studio is spacious, clean, modernly furnished and well equipped. Located in a quiet area, the location has its own parking on site and very good wi-fi signal.

Excellent studio, great host!

We stopped overnight on the way home from vacation, for one night. Easy to reach, safe covered parking, clean apartment, AC all great! We met the nicest host, Alex, who came to greet us, helped with our luggage!

Exceptional and comfortable

Really lovely studio, with everything one might possibly need! Toiletries in the bathroom (and not the disposable ones!), olive oil, salt&pepper in the kitchen, many appliances, a huge fridge and a freezer. Alex is a great host, very responsive and kind, we felt very welcome! I cannot recommend enough, it exceeded our expectations! Great for exploring Thessaloniki and the surroundings!

Very nicely furnished studio. Very clean and equipped with everything you need. It it also a secure key box. Secured parking. The host was very kind. We left the key in the box at the departure, because we left very early in the morning. Thank you ! We will came back !

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και με όλες τις παροχές, άνετο και λειτουργικό. Τα πάντα είναι ανακαινισμένα. Αυτό που ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μου και με εκανε να νιώσω σαν το σπίτι μου ηταν οι χριστουγεννιατικες λεπτομέρειες και τα κεράκια που στόλιζαν το σπίτι, αισθάνθηκα τη ζεστασιά των γιορτών (επισκέφθηκα τη Σίνδο αρχές Δεκεμβρίου)

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε ήρεμη τοποθεσία με όλα τα απαραίτητα πράγματα κοντά σου. Σου παρέχουν παρκινγκ το οποίο είναι πολύ σημαντικό. Αν μπορούσα να βάλω και 10 αστερια παραπάνω θα τα έβαζα.

Όλα ήταν τέλεια. Δεν υπάρχει τίποτα αρνητικο.

Sehr ruhig. Gut für die Durchreise.

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und es gab alles, was wir brauchten. Besonders günstig war für uns, dass es auch ein Schlafsofa gab. Daher konnten wir auch separat schlafen. Die Küche war komfortabel ausgestattet. Es war sehr ruhig!!! Das ist für mich sehr wichtig. Trotzdem in der fussläufigen Nähe eines Ortskerns, sodass dort auch alle Geschäfte waren und wir auch frühstücken konnten. Ganz in der Nähe der Autobahn, die wir morgens schnell auf der Strecke nach Igoumenitsa waren.

Die Gegend war ok für eine Nacht. Urlaub kann man da nicht machen. Wohngegend zwar aber landschaftlich nichtssagend. Gut für die Durchreise.

Colaborarea cu proprietarul a fost excelentă, am primit sfaturi și indicații în legătură cu restaurante bune unde să mâncăm, magazin de unde putem să ne aprovizionăm cu cele necesare! Foarte amabil, curățenie, confort și toate utilitățile în garsonieră ! Îi mulțumim pe această cale!

"Cozy" este descrierea perfectă

Mulțumiri gazdei. Garsoniera este exact ca în tiltlu, "cozy", îngrijită, curată, dotată cu strictul necesar, potrivită pentru o familie cu un copil. Gazda, Alex, foarte primitor, ne-a contactat pentru a ne oferi suport pentru a ne caza și ne-a oferit informațiile necesare legate de posibilitatea de a servi masa în oraș sau de a face cumpărături. Aproape de centru, loc de parcare în curtea interioară. În garsonieră există plită si cuptor electric, mașină de spălat rufe, veselă, filtru de cafea, fierbător de apă, cuptor cu microunde, ustensile pentru gătit. Garsoniera este dotată cu aer condiționat. Ca o recomandare, pentru că seara se mai răcorește iar pe balcon există măsuță cu scaune, ar fi potrivită o plasă pentru insecte pentru a putea lăsa și geamurile deschise. Chiar dacă garsoniera este într-o casă mai veche, cu mai multe apartamente, interiorul face diferența.

Ενα πολύ όμορφο, μοντέρνο και πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα με όλες τις παροχές. Πολύ φιλικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες. Σε τοποθεσία κοντά στην πόλη χωρίς το άγχος του παρκαρίσματος.
