Convenient position …

Could walk to centre of Rudesheim ok . Staff very helpful.

Was a hotel behind another one (Hotel Rhein) and seemed like a poor relation. Difficult to get WiFi . Shower took a long time to get warm and then became very hot .

Would not stay there again although owner was very nice and apologetic.

Location was within walking distance of tourist areas

Was not staffed regularly. Room had no a/c and it was hot so we had to upgrade to the Rhine Hotel with a/c which was better. Breakfast was not served on time one day so we ask for a refund.

Overall, the stay was decent, but some issues with comfort and service affected the experience.

The location is excellent, very convenient with shops nearby. The water pressure in the shower was very good. The beds were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep.

The room was poorly ventilated. The sink drain was leaking. It was impossible to connect to the Wi-Fi. The soundproofing was poor - I could clearly hear people walking in the room above. In the morning, we had to wait for someone to arrive to return the key, which caused some delay.

We were placed in an another hotel (right next to it) than our booking (the same owner). We understood the reason for it, but it would have been nice if we knew that in advance. We were also not warned about the roadworks in front of the hotel, so we needed to call the hotel to ask how we can get there and where to park the car. The stuff was very helpful though.

Breakfast was good, served next door at the hotel where you also check-in during the limited time slot the desk is open.

Difficult to find, partly due to poor signage partly due to construction, must park a bit away and walk over. Price was different that listed on Booking.com plus on the Booking site it said it included breakfast and had parking, it did not say the breakfast was an additional fee, parking was an additional fee. We had 4 people so cost substantially more than we thought it would. Probably would have made a different selection that was more upfront with its prices. No AC, which is typical for europe but we had small rooms with little airflow so a but stagnant and stuffy made it difficult to sleep.

It's a budget hotel, and you get what you pay for.

Relatively large room and bathroom

Very poorly lit at night. It was dark when we arrived, and very difficult to find the door. Whether the hotel is budget or luxury, I expect that there are multiple electrical outlets to charge personal devices within easy reach. We had to unplug the TV and bedlight to charge our phones.

Excellent Location

This property is a great choice if you plan on walking around the area. They have private parking and is a 5 min walk to the River. The room was nice and spacious and the staff was amazing. I would stay here again.

It was in the high 90’s F (32-36 C) and they didn’t have a fan for our room. That’s the only bad thing I could say.

Alles in Allem war's okay. Frühstück, es war für jeden was dabei. Betten gut.

Treppenaufgang schlecht ausgeleuchtet, Treppenstufen bei Regen leicht rutschig, an der Stufe zu und vorm Zimmer 118 keine Lampe man braucht Handylicht.

Sur 5 chambres, 4 étaient très froides, 3 avaient les radiateurs qui ne fonctionnaient pas et lorsque nous avons demandé des couvertures supplémentaires a déposer dans les chambres elles n'ont pas été fournies

Vis-a- Vis é um anexo ao fundo de outro hotel. As fotos maquiam a realidade - prédio desgastado, quarto ao final de labirinto de escadas ou corredores. Aposentos com aspecto de antigo. Recepção e garagem atravancadas com móveis e TVs velhas, talvez em processo de substituição

Det ligger fint centralt i forhold til byen og seværdigheder. Der blev gjort rent hver dag.

Langt at gå for morgenmaden ca 500 m. Ikke så god information ved ankomst, ang. parkering og værelser, morgenmad m m. Personale kunne kun tale tysk, slet ikke engelsk. Ved morgenmads hotellet kunne ham der styrer hotellet snakke engelsk, og han ville gerne hjælpe med forskellige ting, men svært for ham at overholde da han havde for travlt.

Centraal in het stadje. Beetje achteraf, dus niet veel last van verkeerslawaai. Leuk dat je voor op de galerij kon zitten.

Geen uitzicht. Klussende mannen aan een oude auto op de binnenplaats.
