It is in a beautiful location along the Rhine! 6-8 minute straight flat walk from the station to the hotel! It is also 2-3 minutes from the docks if you are taking Rhine cruise!

We loved our room looking over the Rhein River. Room was very spacious ans the location perfect, walking distance from all that we wanted to see and more.

I would have love a Coffee Station in the room and also a Bar Fridge. Everything else was perfect.

Nice, just be sure to take soap and shampoo.

The location is good. Right on main street. Easy access to the community. Breakfast good. Eggs and bacon. Coffee at the table (no machine). Room clean and spacious. Furnishings dated, however so is the hotel so goes hand in hand.

Didn't like the bathroom. Small. Not a big deal though. The big deal is no hand soap. And plastic satchels for shampoo and soap. In 2023! Reminds us of motels in the 80s. No hand soap is unforgivable.

Lovely location

The location was brilliant. we had a room last plunge straight out over the Rhine. it was an easy walk into the Old Town and to the shady park on the front. We had a nice large room. Our bikes were locked in the hotel garage

PERFECT STAY, Wonderful Owners, Helpful Staff, Amazing Breakfast, Great Location

The owners are absoutely wonderful. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The place is lovely, the breakfast was amazing, and the coffee perfect!! We also ate dinner here twice and it was really good!! We were here during the Christmas Markets, and this hotel is in the PERFECT loactaion. We even walked down to the train station and took a train into to Wiesbaden to visit their Christmas Market as well. Fantastic Weekend. GREAT HOTEL, and did I mention how WONDERFUL the owners are....!!!

Great host and location in Rüdesheim!

Extremely nice owner, who went out of her way to help us everyday and shared her recommendations with us what to do everyday. She made our stay very memorable.

The hotel needs a renovation. Old bathrooms, old rooms, etc. But everything is clean. Still could do with a major renovation.

Friendly family hotel with an excellent location

This is a quaint family run hotel with an excellent location. The rooms were clean and basic. The Hotel was an easy 10 -15-minute walk along the River from the Railway station and within a few minutes of the old town. The departure point for the day cruises was just across the Hotel. The Hotel did not have air conditioning, but a fan was provided in the room. Christyana, the 5th generation of the hotel was extremely helpful and provided all the information we needed about the town and the Rhine cruises. She also accommodated our request for a one hour late check out. It was nice to stay in a hotel that has been in the family for 5 generations. Our hope and best wishes that the next generation continues to run the Hotel.

Our family and friend thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Krone Hotel and in Rudesheim.

Breakfast was excellent! Owners were most accommodating in every regard; helped with luggage, parking recommendations; restaurants. Minibar was well stocked and reasonable. Weather was hot when we were there but owners had supplied fans ahead of our visit. Housekeeping was also good. Would definitely return to Krone!

Adorable hotel. Perfect location and beautiful view. Our favorite part was the owner, Christiana. She was so welcoming, kind and great us great ideas to experience in Rudesheim. And I had the best cappuccino here that I tried in all of Germany! Loved our stay!

Fantastic and hospitality was second to none.

. Fantastic stay. The lady that owns it was amazing. I was on a motorbike which broke down and she couldn't help anymore than she did. I stayed another night till recovery picked me up. Will definitely go back. If you read this then Thanks again for your help.

Good location for all other amenities in town but a bad choice for a peaceful stay if you are a light sleeper.

Very noisy. Tired old establishment. Floor boards creaking, thin walls that you can hear the next room snoring and the train running all night with a very audible traffic boom gate ringing constantly. Terrible bathroom which is a prefabbed plastic drop in pod type and reminiscent of a caravan.
