Located right next to a coop supermarket is useful 20 minute walk to La Spezia Migliarina station which you can use the cinque terra card from Shower was powerful Room was very well kept with little design touches, though it had a lot of perfume smell which presumably was masking something, but to be fair it did its job even if it was a bit overpowering Bed was comfy Fridge worked well Large blinds on the outside kept the light out so you could sleep Friendly welcoming host

Location near the port so was fairly noisy at night so difficult to open windows especially as ground floor, also was difficult to walk to the centre along a busy road, but it was easy to get to the Migliarina station. It is just a room in someone's apartment which was fairly noisy until late with kids etc which wasn't fully clear from the description so it was quite expensive for what it was Electricity randomly switched off at night so it was difficult to charge devices, it happened both nights and was just the room as the wifi etc still worked

La posizione della struttura è ottima: vicino ci sono supermercati, ristoranti, sushi e zone piacevoli per passeggiare, quindi molto comoda per visitare, anche la proprietaria è molto disponibile.

la pulizia, il coprimaterasso era macchiato di rosso ( non so se fosse sangue) nella doccia c’erano capelli e anche il bollitore del tè era molto sporco, con acqua vecchia lasciata all’interno. È un peccato, perché con una maggiore attenzione diventerebbe davvero bello
