Zero kontaktu z obsługą, bardzo dobra lokalizacja

Lokalizacja, odnowione wnętrza, okiennice pozwalające całkowicie zaciemnić pokój

Przez cały pobyt zero kontaktu osobistego z jakąkolwiek obsługą. Prośby o cokolwiek - np. pożyczenie żelazka - niespełnione, bo niczego nie da się załatwić. Widać, że obiekt prowadzony typowo jak najwięcej zarobić, jak najmniej dać od siebie. Poduszki ekstremalnie niewygodne - innych nie było. Przez 3 noce żadnego sprzątania - ostatniego dnia po pokoju latały już kłęby kurzu. Kołdra bez poszewki, więc mało higienicznie. Wysoka ocena WiFi bardzo dziwi, bo podczas naszego pobytu prawie nie działało. Zgłosiliśmy, ale nie udało się naprawić. Za późne zameldowanie kary od 30 do 50 euro - informację dostaje się już po zabookowaniu, co też jest kuriozalne, bo drzwi były otwierane zdalnie, bez obecności żadnego człowieka. Cena ogólnie nieadekwatna do jakości, szczególnie w kontekście obsługi czy udogodnień.

Wenn man (wie wir) gerne bei offenem Fenster schläft, ist der Verkehrslärm relativ präsent. Zweite Ebene im Zimmer Ponte Nuevo für großgewachsene Personen aufgrund der Dachschräge etwas niedrig.

Kein Highlight

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war nicht gut. Ich erhielt 2 Nachrichten auf italienisch.. wo es vermutlich um ‚Strafzahlungen‘ ging und eine Nachricht auf englisch, dass ich die Ausweise schicken soll. Ich hab die Ausweise geschickt und gebeten die 2 anderen Nachrichten ebenfalls auf englisch zu schicken keine Reaktion. Auch auf das E-Mail mit den Ausweisen keine Reaktion. Auch auf die Nachricht wir haben Ausweise per e-Mail geschickt und stehen vorm Haus keine Reaktion. Gott sei Dank konnten wir telefonisch die Vermieterin erreichen… ein solch schlechte Kommunikation hab ich noch nie erlebt.

Nuova, ottime rifiniture, look moderno arredato con stile, pulito, posizione comodissima, dintorni molto validi con servizi a portata di mano.

Prezzo rapportato al luogo e alla situazione, a mio giudizio totalmente soggettivo e personale, non del tutto bilanciato e proporzionato.

Sistemazione perfetta in una città davvero splendida.

La struttura è molto curata, sia negli spazi comuni sia nella stanza (bellissime le travi del soffitto e il bagno). La zona è centralissima ma estremamente silenziosa. La comunicazione dello staff è stata efficientissima, sia prima sia al momento dell’arrivo. Siamo molto soddisfatti dell’esperienza e la consigliamo con calore (anche perché Bassano è un posto stupendo).

# Recensione: Palazzetto Dieda Soggiornare al Palazzetto Dieda è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole. Situato a soli due passi dal centro storico di Bassano, questa struttura offre una posizione ideale per esplorare le bellezze della città senza dover utilizzare l'auto. La camera si è rivelata ben arredata e confortevole, con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. L'attenzione ai dettagli nell'arredamento crea un'atmosfera accogliente che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Uno degli aspetti più apprezzabili è sicuramente la tranquillità: il Palazzetto è incredibilmente silenzioso, permettendo di riposare indisturbati anche per chi ha il sonno leggero. Particolarmente comodo il sistema di accesso con scheda, che consente di entrare e uscire in totale autonomia senza la necessità di portare con sé ingombranti chiavi tradizionali.

Bezaubernd!!! Beste Lage. Wir kommen wieder

Eine bezaubernde Unterkunft, alles neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten das Zimmer über zwei Etagen. Blick in die süße Gasse direkt am Anfang des Centro storico. Alles fußläufig erreichbar! Wir hatten Glück und konnten vor dem Appartment parken, ansonsten ist das Parkhaus ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Gläser und Geschirr vorhanden. Sehr unkomplizierter Self Check-in Freundlicher Kontakt über WhatsApp
