it was okay but not as expected.

location was great, few steps from local bars and restaurants. Kind staff!

No elevator, Very noisy rooms, you could hear everything through the walls and other clients where very noisy late at night. The breakfast was poor, The eggs didn't seem fresh and other selections were mainly sugar based. Parking area was full but there was a free option close by so It was not tragic.

Nice old hotel in the centre of Bassano del Grappa, it is a beautiful old building in a square near the centre. Very close to the famous bridge. Nice staff and about a 15 min walk from the station I will stay there again

Lovely location and established, for fall or spring.

The breakfast was great. The staff were amazing. The location was perfect for driving because we didn’t have to enter a ZTL.

It was just so hot. The aircon in the hotel room didn’t do a good job of cooling the room, nor did the unit in the apartment (it was located in the hallway, so it couldn’t cool the bedroom or the living area with the sofa bed). I understand the heat of summer 2023 is unprecedented, but this is a trend we’ve seen every summer in Italy since 2021. Hotel owners need to invest in fans.

Very authentic hotel. We liked it a lot. You just feel immediately that you are in italy....this is how it should be...not one of the randomly exchangeable international hotels. Sitting in front of the hotel in the bar...enjoying a cappuchino...and visiting whats going on...:)

Hotel was close to restaurants, grappa museum & to ponte degli alpini whichhas a beautiful peaceful view of river/mountains, lovely historic views from the hotel. Staff were friendly & very helpful in arranging a taxi to Mount grappa monument.

The hotel is in a perfect location. The staff is super nice, so we really enjojed our stay. Our apertement was really huge.

Ther is an elevator in the house where the apartment is, which was really needed for the baby cart, as the corridors are really narrow, but the elevator was not moving, when people left the internal door open.

hotel has a lot of potential

I liked that it was a family run business and that they were warm and friendly people. Having the bar right in the hotel is a nice feature since breakfast isn’t included, but this could be presented differently. The room was warm and the heating good. The WiFi was efficient and the TV good.

Basically for January-low season I found this room very over-priced. The room we were in was not represented in any of the nicer photos featured on the Booking platform. The room was much smaller than expected and the furnishings were almost all from IKEA, which is fine but in this beautiful central historical setting in the region of Veneto, famous for its antiques and furniture making, why? The bed had a very inexpensive cover and no blanket. The bathroom was more disappointing because it was very small, no bidet, no window. The bathroom walls and flooring were randomly decorated with multiple tiles and had no aesthetic sense. The plastic flowers need to be removed. I think that this hotel has a lot of potential to be really nice but needs some professional help from a design consultant.

Excellent location and easy walk to the piazzas and great restaurants. Light breakfast included in price. Staff very helpful and friendly and we could get by with some English.

The small single room is very small. The bathroom is very compact and needs some regrouting done. Noise from other rooms is easy to hear.

The hotel was well positioned.

Rooms were small and bathroom tiny with mould in the shower. Beds were hard, pillows harder. No hot food at breakfast and only one type of ham & cheese. Rolls and pastries had seen better days.

Perfect Location for Visiting Bassano

The location of the hotel couldn't be better as it is right in the center of the old town, within 5 minutes of walk to Ponte Vecchio. The hotel staffs have been helpful and the breakfast is delicious.

Quaint little hotel smack in the old centre of Bassano

This is a nice little hotel in a very good location in Bassano del Grappa. When arriving at the property, we left the car in front of the building to unload and check in. Afterwards, the hotel directed us to a free parking lot nearby. Our room was on a third floor of a nice old building near the castle tower. Unfortunately there was no lift, but we managed quite fine. A room was on the small side, but since the hotel is in the old medieval city, we can't complain. The bathroom was small, but had everything we needed. It was a perfect location to explore the city centre, so all good.

As said before, no lift, and the stairway is quite narrow. Breakfast was unfortunately pretty basic, would love more options, but this is Italy where a definition of a breakfast is a brioche with coffee, so not too bad. Parking was some walking away.
