Perfect introduction and location for a wonderful gem

The location is perfect for travel by train yet in the best central location overlooking one of the squares of Bassano del Grappa with easy level access to station. We had 2 rooms and it was set up as self contained accomodation with bonus kitchen and suited perfectly. The host is very welcoming and the optional full breakfast was generous and very tasty with wide choice. Bassano del Grappa turned out to be a fabulous hidden gem with strong character and energy.

Perfect location, very comfortable and a lovely host

The BnB was very centrally located with our room looking over the Piazza Garibaldi, the upper of two main squares which had cafés in the centre and the excellent town museum. Many restaurants were very close by. Our host Carlotta was extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions for places to visit and places to eat. Carlotta also provided an excellent breakfast, continental or international, in a homely kitchen. The bedroom was large and so was the bathroom with a huge shower.

Nothing! Everything was very good and perfect for a short stay.

The property was located in a central square close to restaurants and shops. The host was super friendly and even met us in the parking garage to help us find our way! The breakfast was lovely.

It was a little noisy in the morning in the square outside my window, but that cant be helped as its a central location. No other issues.

Amazing place in a beautiful town. Great find!

The view from the two windows in our room overlooking the piazza was stunning. The room was very clean and spacious and in an excellent location. Host was lovely and the breakfast was great. Lovely atmosphere and very romantic!

Great location in walking distance to everything and in the heart of the old town, nice apartment like vibe, large room.

The room was very hot, the AC barely worked and when I requested a fan to relieve the heat, I was informed it ‘wasn’t hot’. It was about 76 F in the room. The breakfast is a croissant and coffee.

Fabulous location clean and very homely

Location was fantastic We were also offered an apartment upon arrival instead of seperate rooms which suited our family better. Very clean

The air conditioner was not great…. It was very hot which made it a little uncomfortable but location made up for this Also we required an iron as we where in bassano for an important function and this couldn’t be arranged which was disappointing Breakfast not great but an amazing bakery in piazza so don’t pay extra for included breakfast

Excellent location!

I have been coming to Bassano for over 30years so I know the town well. The location of the hotel is excellent; it is near all of the stores, several historic museums, and many good restaurants. Once you park your car, you can get anywhere by foot. Because it’s difficult to park in the town. It was extremely important for us to find a hotel with parking which this hotel does offer. Anytime I reached out to the hotel before arrival or during my stay they were quick to respond and always provide provided the information requested.

Loved Bassano and would stay here again!

Location, location!! Right on piazza Garibaldi, with restaurants & shops on your doorstep. Comfortable room/very good bed & linens.. bathroom & shower were well done. Yes, there is a flight of stairs but staff graciously helped with luggage and even rolled my big suitcase 2 blocks for our departure taxi. (Street was closed due to market day.) Breakfast was held in a communal dining area with other guests/residents. This is a guesthouse rather than a hotel. Enjoyed meeting the other guests .

It is right on the piazza so if your windows are open you can hear people talking or street noise.. but it didn’t really bother me. I do think there needs to be an easier way to close & lock the shutters to block out street lights as window curtains are sheer & do not block the light..

A very friendly and helpful owner, within an excellent location with safe parking. The breakfast was delicious with a varied choice of items- super.

I felt that the rooms were cold notably the bed next to the outer wall, it was in December though. I had to sleep with my coat on.

The location can't be beat. The breakfast spread was nice.

It was a little weird getting started with the room since a staffer had to run over from somewhere else in town to give us our keys etc. But once we got established things were ok. Also the room was cleaned the first day after our first night but then never again...an no new towels after the first day. But the room was clean when we started

Fantastic location for exploring Bassano and a clean and friendly place to stay

Gluten free and lactose free food/snacks available for breakfast. Host speaks very good English and replied promptly.

Unfortunately there was no hot water for the showers during my stay due to boiler problem. Just an unfortunate one-time issue I'm sure. This was quickly solved by letting me shower in another room.

Lovely rooms in a very central location. Breakfast was very good, the view from the room special. Dog friendly, with nothing much to complain about. Check-in was easy and friendly.

The bathroom looks great, but there is very littler water pressure. The toilet has a warning sign but was already blocked after one use, throwing nothing else into it than toilet paper.
