The location is perfect for exploring Bassano. It's right next to the famous bridge, yet it's still quiet and has a beautiful courtyard.

Die Lage, die Hilfe des Personals des Fahrradladens, da ich von Booking das Mail mit dem Zimmer und den Zugangsdaten nicht erhalten habe.
Die Klimaanlage konnte nicht abgestellt werden. Das Frühstück wurde uns über 1/2h zu spät serviert, obwohl wir angeben mussten, wann wir dies möchten. So sind wir auf unserer Fahrradtour in die Hitze gekommen.

I do not usually post reviews, however feel compelled to do so in this case. BCH fell short of what we anticipated. We felt overall like an inconvenience to most staff (one superstar named Ben was a breath of fresh air; he was friendly, communicated well, helped us with our questions). All others seemed unhappy, distracted and disengaged. We cannot say we enjoyed our stay overall, despite great location, nice facilities and concept.
