Excellent location less than 100m from the Ponte degli Alpini and our room was extremely practical, well thought out, light and comfortable. Although focussing mainly on cyclists, the cafe, large courtyard garden and quality of the rooms made it an ideal place for us non cyclists to stay. I would definitely book here again should we return to Bassano del Grappa.

Ottima posizione, in pieno centro a Bassano.

I do not usually post reviews, however feel compelled to do so in this case. BCH fell short of what we anticipated. We felt overall like an inconvenience to most staff (one superstar named Ben was a breath of fresh air; he was friendly, communicated well, helped us with our questions). All others seemed unhappy, distracted and disengaged. We cannot say we enjoyed our stay overall, despite great location, nice facilities and concept.
