Perfect location, very clean and comfortable room, and an overall excellent stay.

An Excellent Stay in Bassano del Grappa

Francesco was an exceptional host! We spent 4 nights here. Our apartment in a historic building was very clean, comfortable, large, and quiet in spite of being in the city center. We appreciated the suggestions of Ristorante Birreria Ottone; a visit to the bookstore Liberia Palazzo Roberti; shop Carteria Tassotti and aperti at Grapperia Nardini next to the historic Ponte Vecchia. Also the suggestions of a day trip to nearby Asolo was an excellent one. Many thanks to our kind host.

Great location, easy to walk anywhere. Big rooms and clean

Need to change the pillows and also would suggest adding a sofa. No lift, which is a problem if you have large and heavy luggage or mobility issues

Perfect value for money to explore Bassano del Grappa

This was a perfect place to explore Bassano del Grappa. The apartment is located just around the corner of the city center with lots of cafes and restaurants. Communication with the host was super easy and obliging.

The apartment is quite basic, it's interior is little outdated and you can find some wobbly furniture. Anyhow it features everything you need with a perfect value to money ratio. Worth to mention for other travelers location was 1st floor without elevator.

Great central location, well equipped modern furnished apartment. Great replacement modern windows with excellent sound proofing from city noise. Nice bathroom and kitchenette with tea and coffee.

A little soulless, lacked a bit of character. Needs some pictures of local Girona to remind guest you are in Catalonia etc.

Couldn’t get a car to the door for luggage because it was market day. Didn’t realise it was unattended.

The city and location is excellent. Owner should invest in better air conditioning, sound proofing.

Location was fabulous as far as being in the center of town. The rooms were located on top of a restaurant that stayed open until 4 am. At 4 am, the restaurant was cleaned and then the daily market was set up. There was no sleeping all night long. Out of three rooms, the A/C functioned in only one of them.

Absolutely, the A/C. Then, it would be nice to have double panned windows so that the noise from the restaurant could not be heard. Very sparse....no luxuries provided....no shampoo, extra towels, etc. Owner not on site.

Spacious Bright Room. Spotless. Very efficient check in and ease of access. Very convenient location, a few steps away from the lovely Piazza Liberta. Francesco is readily available for any communication. Would highly recommend!

Overall, it was a nice stay and the town was lovely.

Room was spacious and very clean and it was in a nice location. Francesco was friendly and helpful. We were also thankful that there was an elevator so we didn't have to haul our bags up the stairs. Bassano del Grappa is a lovely town and we especially liked the view of the old bridge from the river banks.

The room was a little too warm for us (not sure if it had real air conditioning or if it was merely set to a fixed setting - there was a thermostat and I tried to adjust it, but to no avail). Also, we encountered some challenges when we first arrived, since there were no signs on the outside of the building or in the interior leading into the rooms to indicate that we were at the Marinali rooms. Once we reached Francesco by phone and he realized that we were actually at the property, he helped us get to the right place.
