Amazing breakfast

Is a mountain location and I mentioned in the special request that I would like a warm room. Apparently they got a ventilation only but takes hours to get warmer and the only radiator they have in the bathroom is working at certain hours - only between 5-10pm. You expect it to work from the moment you check in or to even await for you working… another issue was that they don’t provide duvets. Only a very thin microfiber blanket for sofa (but on the bed). Is a great traditional mountain stay, but heating is part of the comfort, especially in a cold place.

Location was perfect. Short walk from station, and centre of village. Professional and friendly staff. Room looked newly refurbished, spotlessly clean, and were quiet at night.

Sheltered us from the rain and staff were lovely. Jacuzzi bath was lovely, however it sounded like a plane landing. Breakfast was fine.

We were in a comfort double room (265) that looked like it was last renovated when the foundations for the place were laid. There was mould around the bath seal that needed replacing and there was a waterproof mattress protector on the bed that made you sound like you were sleeping in a crisp packet all night. The hotel feels like the kind I’d go on on a school trip. Personally wouldn’t stay again but it’s somewhere warm to lay your head.

A classical hotel right by the old town. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. The room was very clean, and the included breakfast and dining area made a great start to every morning. Would reccomend to anyone visiting Bassano del Grappa!

Good value and comfortable hotel to stay.

Great location, clean room, half decent breakfast. Comfy bed. It’s not all bells and whistles, but offers a good value home from home. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and not been disappointed.

For what it costs and what it offers, nothing really except there are some minor maintenance jobs that need doing- for example our shower door ground a little bit and the toilet roll holder was loose on the wall. We had a bit of a fiddle with the aircon the first night but that was as much on us as the unit.

Great location, few minutes walking from the old city center. The hotel is old, but the rooms are recently renovated, with very good bed and bathroom. Breakfast is good. Parking available.

In one of the rooms we booked the heating was too strong and we couldnt change the temperature.

Not only this hotel, but all hotels in this area end of September abusing of sudden interest and more than double their rates. I used to like this region and visited few times a year. This certainly make me think to change location. Charge over Eur 200 as some poor hotels did, when week ago charge Eur 75, it is really discouraging.

The great location and very friendly staff made for a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was bountiful and very tasty looking. I am sorry that i could not enjoy all of the offerings as I have allergy to gluten so was not able to eat most of the things on offer. The hotel is well located within all the city attractions.

It does look a bit tired on the inside but then again it contributes to the charm. Internet was unstable, the TV in the room did not work.

Great spot, very helpful staff and perfect for what we needed.

Hot breakfast was a little limited- and was warm at best- not hot. Rooms comfy but getting a little tired.
