Hotel needs maintenance, disappointing restaurant

The hotel manager is very kind and welcoming. There is a cute cat who welcomed us too. The beds are very comfortable.

We were initially given a room with a broken toilet seat—both lids completely separated from the bowl. Clearly, the hotel needs repair and better maintenance. On a separate note, we were most disappointed with the restaurant on the ground floor: in our opinion, it is overpriced for average food—indeed our pizzas were greasy and the salads contained rotten lettuce. Furthermore, in our humble opinion, the restaurant manager appears to be more interested in making a showy impression on customers/acquaintances from the local area rather than demonstrating professionalism and good service towards outsiders and visitors staying at the hotel. However, the head waitress is very kind and professional.

A good experience with friendly, helpful owners.

A great location for our purpose which was a cycling holiday. The hotel owners were very friendly and did all they could to help during our stay. They provided a good breakfast with great coffee. Although the bathrooms were a bit dated there was plenty of hot water for showers and baths Free wifi

It was very hot during the visit and the air con unit was a bit rattly but an easy fix and to be fair we didn't raise the subject with the owners. There is some traffic noise

Superb

Stayed at this little hotel for 1 night attending an event at Marostica. Our room was spacious, quiet and clean, with aircon which was really cool in this heat. Good breakfast was included.

Lack of hot water, sorry. And a bit more toiletries would be great.

Really nice room - I booked a single and they gave me a double ai that was nice. Staff really helpful and friendly, breakfast was good, room always cleaned well. Location good for both the city and also the surrounding countryside. Would stay again!

HORROR STORY IN BASSANO

Niente. Davvero un pessimo posto.

La camera era terribile. Ogni cosa era rotta, mal tenuta, sporca. Ragni e insetti morti. Niente corrispondeva alle immagini. Il piumino del letto era senza copripiumino. Davvero terribile. La porta del bagno non era una porta. Le prese di corrente erano rotte e pericolose. Camera non insonorizzata.

A ne pas choisir si vous voulez être certains d'y manger le soir

Complètement déçus. Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour sa situation et le restaurant. Or, surprise à notre arrivée, le restaurant était fermé. La dame à l'accueil nous a signalé que le restaurant était indépendant de l'hôtel et fermait sans les concerter. Si nous avions été prévenu, nous aurions pu choisir une autre option. C'est un peu facile de s'annoncer avec un restaurant et de ne pas en maîtriser son ouverture.

Sehr gute Lage, wenn man Radtouren fahren möchte. Bassano in 2km zu Fuß zu erreichen. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung.
