Owner was very communicative with us to make sure we get access to the room since there was no front desk, just key to get by the front door.
Send us master key combination ahead of time to get in the front door since it was locked

Brilliant location outside of the busy tourist areas of Venice. A few minutes walk from really nice restaurants and bars, and easy to get to the main station and several water taxi spots to visit neighbouring islands.
Rooms were clean, spacious and staff were really friendly.

Great rooms located near the old city center, just a few minutes’ walk away. We loved the building and the balcony. Most of all, our hosts were more than lovely.

Was clean and neat and close to the city centre.
Only thing is that there is no signage besides on the glass doors. But it’s fine. Big kitchen so that you can make coffee .
