Good and clean and quiet.

Was clean and neat and close to the city centre.

Only thing is that there is no signage besides on the glass doors. But it’s fine. Big kitchen so that you can make coffee .

Owner was very communicative with us to make sure we get access to the room since there was no front desk, just key to get by the front door.

Send us master key combination ahead of time to get in the front door since it was locked

Brilliant location outside of the busy tourist areas of Venice. A few minutes walk from really nice restaurants and bars, and easy to get to the main station and several water taxi spots to visit neighbouring islands. Rooms were clean, spacious and staff were really friendly.

The rooms are lovely, and the host is very nice.

Great rooms located near the old city center, just a few minutes’ walk away. We loved the building and the balcony. Most of all, our hosts were more than lovely.

I heavily recommend, the spot is close to the city center, no road noise, the apartment is well cared off, designed with taste. Thumb up.

Good location near centre with possible free parking

Lovely clean room and very good beds and bedding. En-suite bathroom good. Location only 5 minutes walk into the centre with bars and (free cicchetti) Check in was fine as the owner was on site. Luckily we found a free space in the very full car park

Stayed here previously when a small breakfast was offered. Nearby free car park which was a bonus before always seems full now Check out was by 10.00 on booking and although we intended to leave by 09.30 we were asked to vacate by 09.00 We had planned breakfast in town before leaving but due to the limited parking and earlier check out it seemed a problem so we left early.

Nice quiet location within a pleasant short walk to the town centre. The owner was pleasant and informative. Nice spacy room. Common area where you could eat was very pleasant.

We had a 3 night stay and no room service at all.

A very nice and cozy place for a weekend stay in Bassano al Grappa. The owner is a very kind and humorous guy and was always in touch with us. Very helpful and communicative. The room was simple, quiet and clean. I'd stay in the same place again if I return to the city.

The apartment is located on a very busy street with heavy traffic. Not good for sensitive sleepers.the inside of the apartment is very simple, i would say formal with minimum decorative elements

Great comfortable short overnight stay

Functional room in hotel apartment located beside a quiet road. Beds very comfortable. Great floor heating. Short walk to town centre. Public road parking which is mostly free. Do note that while microwave oven is advertised as part of room, it is in fact in a shared kitchen in a separate part of the apartment. There is a fridge in the shared kitchen where you can store your breakfast stuff. Also note, no actual cooking can be done in kitchen.

Location is good for getting into the old town, so for a stop over its great. Room is basic but its nice that you have access to a shared terrace and kitchen.

Road is noisy.
