- big, clean room - comfortable room - near to the city center and the railway station - free parking

The hotel closes at 11pm. It is not possible to enter after 11pm (also for checked in guests). So it is not possible to make an evening walk or go out for a bar.

It is clean and in accordance with expectations and photos

absolute absence of service and proper communication. It all started from lack of English and rude communication via phone. Despite it says check in is till 23:00, I have received a msg via booking.com in Italian “what time?” money we’re charged from the card and returned…but I lost on converting for sure, but the key was that I got impression that my booking was canceled…I found it out at ~20:30, while driving from the airport, as didn’t have time due to plane, etc. Having called the property in order to say we are on the way - no one wanted to understand me - only Italian again. I have written sms…but no answer, so the only thing left was hope they have received sms and understood it…I used Google translate…having arrived I got the reason of asking, it seemed they were going to sleep but waiting for us made them stay up…despite it wasn’t even close to 23:00 (end of checkout time). Having seen we are with a toddler they called to the room after 21:00 next night asking smth in Italian again…knowing we do not speak it. And the thing they wanted to know if we are going to check out all together🙈🙈is it smth they needed to know at 21? calling to the room?? speaking language we do not understand properly?? knowing that and that we are staying with a small baby, who btw was going to bed that time and their call made him crying. During checkout I had to pay and sum was higher then during the booking, I have mentioned that my card has already been charged but no comment from the administrator with really little English…

You are not allowed to sleep under the Bassano Bridge

The location is on the other side of the railways with respect to the city center, that you can easily reach by foot in less than 15 minutes. The room was quiet, large and comfortable for our group of three, with a clean bathroom

Superb

There isn't much English spoken but staff know how to communicate and we can practise our Italian.We have stayed here before- the friendly welcome was there,staff very helpful on day my wife was ill.The food is always good in an understated manner.

can't think of anything.Maybe tea/coffeemaking facilities in bedrooms would help-but this is often the way in Italy.

Prezzo/qualità inversamente proporzionali, la colazione dozzinale, ambiente vetusto, siamo arrivati e nella camera a febbraio non era stato attivato il riscaldamento che abbiamo dovuto accendere in autonomia.

Da migliorare l'insonorizzazione delle stanze e il parcheggio, il resto è tutto buono.

Letto super confortevole, camera ampia, colazione con prodotti fatti in casa e veramente gustosi. Cameriera molto gentile e cordiale. Pulizia della camera veramente ottima. Morbidissimi gli asciugamani presenti in bagno.

La mancanza di isolamento acustico rispetto all'esterno e rispetto ai rumori provenienti dalle stanze confinanti. Il parcheggio gratuito c'è ma in sostanza si lascia la macchina nella via senza uscita a fianco...il che non è proprio il massimo, mi aspettavo un parcheggio interno. Durante il check in nessuna informazione sull'orario della colazione, che non ho trovato nemmeno espressa in camera, cosa che di solito è scritta nel foglio di benvenuto. Siamo andati ad intuito senza chiedere.

Accoglienza famigliare a 2 passi dal centro

Struttura familiare,tutti molto accoglienti,molto pulito,colazione abbondante .Essendo situata a pochi passi dal centro ci ha permesso di lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio libero vicino e girare Bassano in tranquillità

L’unica pecca un profumo molto forte in camera,ma abbiamo risolto lasciando aperte le finestre.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, Zimmer für italienische Verhältnisse sehr groß und sauber. Sehr gute Lage - nahe dem Bahnhof und wenige Minuten in die Altstadt. Frühstück - sehr gut , unsere Fahrräder konnten sicher abgestellt werden

Un hotel accogliente, personale piacevole e disponibile e cucina assolutamente da provare:)!

Un hotel che rispecchia pienamente le aspettative e la descrizione fornita. Accoglienza piacevole, disponibilità del titolare e del personale, stanze ampie e pulite e dotate di tutto ciò che serve per un breve soggiorno e una cucina ottima. La struttura vanta di posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro con una passeggiata di 10 minuti, ma anche tranquillità assoluta dei dintorni del hotel per un riposo pacifico di notte. Una notta di merito va alla cucina strepitosa e casalinga, vi consigliamo vivamente di cenare nella struttura. Noi che di ristoranti ne abbiamo girati..., abbiamo apprezzato la qualità e la bontà dei piatti preparati "come una volta" e "come la nonna li avrebbe fatti". Baccalà assolutamente da provare così come la parmigiana. Detto questo, sì, è un hotel che non è nato ieri e non dice infatti di esserlo, ma è curato. Insomma, non è un punto a sfavore l'essere nati negli anni 90 e non si deve essere giudicati per ciò, se c'è una grande cura della struttura, pulizia e accoglienza come quella che abbiamo trovato qui. Grazie del piacevole soggiorno che speriamo di ripetere al più presto.

O banho e quarto.

O atendimento péssimo, o valor mais caro em 30% do que a média de outros hotéis que já havia ficado. O carro dorme na rua e fala que tem estacionamento no local. O cozinheiro, também foi recepcionista e nada cortez em minha impressão, diferente dos outros funcionários anteriores. Custo caro e baixo benefício um hostel talvez atenderia melhor.
