Not an experience we'll be having again

The room was fairly clean

On Booking, the hotel listed private parking as available. However, upon arrival, we were told it was full, and no assistance was offered to help us find an alternative. We had to drive around the area for over 20 minutes to find a spot. The staff made no effort to be helpful in any way. Breakfast was inedible — from the sweet to the savory options, including the coffee. The hotel's furnishings are very outdated. Not necessarily dirty, but definitely in need of renovation. The shower was permanently stained. Overall, the staff was not particularly courteous. We will definitely not be returning.

Comfortable and clean hotel very close to city centre

The room and the hotel in general are spacious and comfortable, and impeccably clean. The location is perfect: a quiet suburb that is also 5 min. walk from the city centre. Nice restaurants very close. Ideally located for either Bassano city centre and the Parco dei Ragazzi. Very good breakfast with dozens of quality options including sweet and savoury food, tasty fruit and a variety of yogurts.

While correct, staff in general were not particularly friendly (this is quite a minor issue and would not prevent me at all from staying here again).

Hotel very near the city centre. Large room, quite silent. The bed was of good size and confortable. Large bathroom. Free parking available (and if it is full there is a covered garage under the hotel for a small fee).

Excellent hotel. Exceptional breakfast and staff all round. Very modern rooms.

Toilet water malfunction issue. Was repaired but still had issues running. Also, found the cleaning/disenfecting of the room left a strong residual odour which took a number of days to dissipate.

Rooms weren't as advertised, hotel was outdated, old and unappealing to stay in

Location was alright

The rooms were outdated and we were misled with the pictures. Our first room didn't have a plug for the bath, the team tried to replace 3 times before 'upgrading' us to another room. The new room was next to building sites, with two extra single camper beds in the room, not an upgrade just more beds! The bed we had was two singles put together and very hard and uncomfortable. The dining room was so outdated with a lot of the food looking very sad and unappealing

Ideal location for exploring Bassano del Grappa and surrounding areas.

We were moved from the Pallidio to the Belverdere prior to our arrival, which we were so pleased with having stayed there before. The staff, facilities, the cleanliness, the Breakfast and the location all make this hotel well worth the stay.

The T.V could have had the option to have been changed to accommodate English speaking travellers? The bathroom could used a shower curtain to prevent splashing

The location is within walking distance to the town center.Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

The staff at the reception was awkward both at check/in and check-out. Not even a welcome or how are you doing or how was your stay …felt a bit unwelcome to be honest. Property needs some refurbishing in some common areas.

Super clean room, everything was tidy, organised and pico bello! Breakfast with lots of fruits which I liked! Great choice and quiet breakfast room!

A very useful hotel, ideally suited to business users.

Air-conditioning was a great relief. Also, a good-sized room, good-sized bathroom and room to shower (in the bath). The breakfast was adequate, nothing special, but perfectly acceptable. A swimming pool would have made the place perfect, but for an inexpensive business hotel, that was maybe asking too much.

I didn't want to use the unsecured wifi, but the secure wifi didn't reach my room on the second floor. The reception staff noted this and said they'd get it dealt with. I hope they do. Also, the shower partition above the edge of the bath was not tight-fitting, so showering left large puddles on the bathroom floor - something else that needs dealing with.

GREEN PASS

The staff is very kind,very polite.

I had make a reservation for two,couple days before i arrive. When i arrived in hotel,i can not procced because i do not have a GREEN PASS. I have a proof of second vaccination- was not valid without GREEN PASS. Evidence of illness,got over it - was not valid without GREEN PASS. I had no sign at booking that i need to have a GREEN PASS. So i stay without room,after i was forced to pay,there was no way to make a deal,even 50% less. I had to pay full price,88€ for one night even if i slept at street that night. I post a picture of recive that i pay,full price. Thank you sistem of Bonotto Hotel Palladio. No reply.
