Good location secure parking. The staff where very good and helpful, the rooms where a good size and very clean.

I liked the hole experience it is a lovely hotel.

Bed was rock hard and for me not comfortable. Cleaner also entered room on day of checkout, two hours before without knocking.

Value for money. The receptionists are helpful. The restaurant staff try to make up for the rudeness of the Chef.

The restaurant is poor the Chef rules. He is rude and arrogant. No itemised bills are provided or drinks prices shown. Feel a bit ripped off not knowing what the price of the drinks were. I have stayed at this hotel many times since 2014. It needs a makeover it’s getting tired. I checked under the bed. It was thick with dust. The bed linen is clean but needs replacing. The headboard leather is cracked as are several in other rooms. The breakfast is poor they run out of basics like bread and butter. If you ask for more they just say we don’t have any !
