Modern, clean, and reception staff great.

Bed was rock hard and for me not comfortable. Cleaner also entered room on day of checkout, two hours before without knocking.

Very nice stay

Very comfortable, spatious room, big bed, good pillows. Windows can open for fresh air. Quiet location with garage and lift from garage to rooms. Well designed coridors, room and bathroom. We loved it!

Good hotel, some bedroom facilities lacking

Convenient location for our evening concert 1km away. Very helpful young gentleman receptionist at arrival and departure. Breakfast staff and food offerings very good. Adjacent public free parking excellent; didn't use the offered free underground covered parking. The hotel was very clean and modern looking although we were informed that the refurbishment was 10 years ago, hence maintenance of the facility is very high and to be recommended.

Booked a 'junior suite' as wished to have a separate seating area. There was no small table despite the photograph of two armchairs and what appeared to be a table in the middle. When reception was asked the young lady advised us that we had to move one of the bedside cabinets as the photo had been 'set up' for the photograph shoot. The bedside cabinet was heavy to move and left a brutta figura on us. Small white tables don't cost much and inaccurate photos of room facilities leave a bad memory. Also the television was attached to the wall so it could only be viewed if one was on or in the bed, NOT from the so-called junior suite seating area. We paid almost 150 Eu for an expected superior experience. Perhaps the management should familiarise themselves with Bruno Barbieri's Hotelery Guide and what a junior suite should encompass! The advised free bar contained 2 small bottles of water - wow, we'll party tonight. The advised tea and coffee was pathetic with no choice - 2 teabags, unforgettable brand and 2 instant coffee granules mono doze, likewise, plus 2 sachets of sugar. The drinking vessels were horrendous for an Italian, or any other, hotel. Two large builders' mugs. Fortunately we are well versed in hotel offerings and I had brought our own small drinking vessels plus our own tea, teapot and sugar, having noted that the kettle should be up to the job of boiling 250 ml of water. The short comings were pointed out to reception on departure plus an explanation of what British builders use on a building site for tea refreshment. Bathroom internal fan didn't work which seems common here.

Great Staff, nice breakfast, easy parking

The breakfast was nice, not super rich but had all the basics of great italian food. The rooms and the building was clean, big and the parking is right in front. If you want to visit only the city of bassano it might not be the best located, but if moving around it gives you access to all the main arteries of the area.

Exceptional

We arrived for the concert of Jesus Christ Superstar that was in sport arena Palabassano only 15min walk from the hotel . In the hotel we had a very lovely stay. Rooms are very nice and cozy with lovely view on the mountains (big windows, can easily open), lighting in room is cool and relaxing, big beds (for myself as person around 2m it was very relaxing) ! Staff was great and helpful. Hope to return some day.
