Overall, despite the disadvantages, we enjoyed everything and have many fond memories.

Nice place near the Tower of Pisa. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the old italian villa.

The closets smelled unpleasant, like mothballs and old age, so we couldn't use them to hang clothes ☹️ The hair dryer in the room was broken. Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided, so we had to find a store and buy some.

Good spot for visiting the tower

Distance to attraction is excellent for the price and just outside the ztl. Building is lovely and parking is great. The host was kind enough to provide a small breakfast which was not included in the price.

We could hear the train running. The room also smelled awful.

Hidden Gem.

Check in not till 3pm, we arrived very early, the host let us put our luggage in the room,while we got changed and she got our accommodation sorted, it’s a lovely villa with a shaded garden, free on site parking. Step by step instructions how to access the keys etc to get in the villa and rooms. Bathroom and bedroom were extremely spacious and clean. Air con welcome after the heat. Yes there is a train station nearby and I’m a light sleeper but it didn’t disturb me. I had a great sleep. The owner also asks if you would like coffee before you leave, even if you’ve not paid for breakfast. The leaning tower is perhaps a 10 minute walk (if that) and perhaps 20 minutes into the centre.

Amazing Location!

The location is perfect! Max 10 min walk to tower of Pisa. 24h pharmacy near by and plenty of restaurants. The train station is 3 min walk. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern and clean. Only thing is be abuse it's close to the train station you hear the train but that doesn't bother me. Overall great experience.

Spacious and comfortable room close to many tourism highlights.

Very spacious and practical room in a cool old building with friendly hosts and secure off-street parking. While street it is on is not so attractive, it is a very short walk to the Tower of Pisa and dozens of restaurants, cafes, and bars.

It's not the most attractive neighbourhood (but again, it's only a very short walk to the tourism and eating highlights. There's no elevator, so guests do have to carry their bags up a flight of stairs.

Amazing property 5 min away from the Pisa Tower. Private closed parking, amazing host and great breakfast. Buildings and rooms have Italian charm. Everything is prepared and marked before your arrival to make it easy and safe to self check in. Location of this property, so close to main attractions, is a huge plus.

Very clean. Free parking. Serving early breakfast was no problem. Very helpful staff. Good arriving directions were provided beforehand. Abt 7 min walk to the Leaning Tower. It was very hot outside, but thanks to the own AC at the room which you can control by yourself, it was nice and cool inside.
