Old villa in great location close to the cathedral and tower.

Great location, less than 5 minutes from San Rossore station and 10 from the Campo deli Miracoli (the tower and cathedral). The glass factory behind looked worrying close but there was no noise at all - nor from the main road at the front. And comfortable bed so a good sleep. Very helpful info on self check-in sent via WhatsApp.

Trying to find it from the station - road and railway bridges almost cut it off and you walk down steps into a road tunnel. Breakfast was mainly pre-packaged but of course fresh coffee. The room was a little gloomy, it needed two of the three table lamps on top of the ceiling light.

The location was great. You are at a 15 minute walk to the tower of Pisa. The breakfast was very nice too. Sabina kept very good communication with us before our arrival.

The bathroom was outside the room, although this was known since the booking. Also the way back from the tower at night can be a bit shady since you have to use a long underground crossing.

Nice B&B option for quick visit to Pisa

Close to Pisa s. Rossore station (you need to go underground between the B&B and the station), very helpful host, sound proof from road noise is surprisingly good.

Sabine is very enthusiastic and helpful~ Send us detailed guide of how to check-in and good foods around~ The room is quite clean, and they provide a lots snacks，milk，apple，coffee, just like live in my own home and be taken care very well~ And the location is very near to the train station~

Due to its proximity to the train station, it is necessary to walk through an underpass to reach the accommodation. At night, it is a little dark and there are few people around. Girls need to pay attention and be careful when they are alone.

Great location, very clean room and great instructions throughout the journey. Kitchen had basic amenities like coffee and tea and a fridge.

Everything was great. It's a shame you cannot use the kitchen for cooking but only to store food etc.

Excellent choice of breakfast items. Lots of choices of tea/coffee etc. Room very comfy. Location ideal from Pisa San Rossore train station - literally a 3 minute walk! As you leave the station by the ticket office, the b and b can be seen to the left. 10 minutes away from tower

Milk - maybe put in fridge for arrival when weather is very warm :) Supply something for cigarette ends in the garden. We had problems with our plug adaptor - maybe consider supplying one in the room.

Lovely stay thanks to Sabina!

Sabina was a lovely host, always available to message and happy to help out and answer questions, even booking us a taxi! Check in and check out were super easy, with the use of a key box and photos from Sabina. The building felt secure and there were plenty of drink facilities and snacks for breakfast.

To access the bnb from San Rossore station you have to walk a short distance through a tunnel, which could be scary if travelling alone/ at night, but other than that the location was excellent and very easy to get to.

Lovely stay with everything you need in a convenient location

Sabina was an excellent host, very communicative. There were lots of nice tea and coffee making equipment for breakfast, it was maonly pre-packaged pastries and breads but was yummy. Very close to the tower and the square of miracles and Pisa's station san rossare so even though the house is a little difficult to get to for the last few hundred meters (you need to use an underpass and cross the big road) it is very walkable and easy to get to all sorts of locations including Firenze.

Breakfast could be a little better, but we very much liked the milk frother.

Good B&B for a weekend in Pisa!

Sabina is a great host!! The room was clean and warm. Near the center.

Breakfast can be better. The room 3 doesn't have the bathroom inside. Well located (10min walking from Pisa Tower), but you need to cross a long and noisy tunnel to get to the center.

+ The best owner <3 - Sabina explained us every detail before our arriving, she was tooking care of us, asking if we needed anything, she replied quickly to our messages and she was always very kind and helpful. On the day our check-out she allowed us to leave our luggage to 5 p.m. what was very nice and we really appreciate it. + Apartment was very clean and spacious (we had a high ceiling apartment with small kitchen only for breakfasts, living room, corridor, bathroom and two bedrooms with comfortable double beds). + The kitchen was equipped daily with ingredients of a typical sweet Italian breakfast and there was cleaning service every day at 10 a.m. + Contactless check-in and check-out. + Very good price for the stay. + From the apartment is very close to train station (Pisa S. Rossore) and to supermarket Pam (about 6-7 minutes on foot).

For two nights it was noisy outside. There is little sunlight in the apartment and poor WiFi coverage.

Perfect location to stay and then explore Pisa. Self check in, great value, clean and comfortable. We were able to park easily on the street outside and leave bags whilst we went out for the day. thank you

Pisa apart

Second time in the house , it's very close Pisa Tower , and 1O min by car from Airport . The apartment is very comfortable. Sabine the owner as everything in the house and well explained as she isn't there. If I comeback to Pisa again will definitely stay

Unfortunately the apartment is close to a street with a lot of cars crossing and , I think is a factory ,who makes noise during the night ,so I advise a use of something in the ears to help sleep . It's not Sabine's (0wner) fault and ,as I was in there two times ,one during week and another at weekend ,will say weekends are less noising .

Pleasant enough and grateful to host.

Host very helpful. Kept us informed, provided a housekeeper and booked a taxi to the airport on leaving. Location was a short walk to the cathedral/tower. Close to supermarket.

Breakfast offered a good variety, but some of the items (juice and milk) would have ben better if kept in the fridge. Door to bathroom would not open fully, but we did not report it so not sure if it could have been fixed readily. Walk to the cathedral/tower required going through a long and busy vehicular tunnel.
