Lovely character, excellent value for money, with a nice buffet breakfast and tea/coffee facilities. Good air-con and It was close to the Pisa complex and to the San Rossore train station.
Having to walk through a busy road tunnel to get to the property by foot, but there’s a good pavement and we got used to it.

Great location, less than 5 minutes from San Rossore station and 10 from the Campo deli Miracoli (the tower and cathedral). The glass factory behind looked worrying close but there was no noise at all - nor from the main road at the front. And comfortable bed so a good sleep. Very helpful info on self check-in sent via WhatsApp.
Trying to find it from the station - road and railway bridges almost cut it off and you walk down steps into a road tunnel. Breakfast was mainly pre-packaged but of course fresh coffee. The room was a little gloomy, it needed two of the three table lamps on top of the ceiling light.
