Good location to walk into town after parking your car securely

Great location with secure off street parking. Our ferry was late and we missed reception hours and they were very accommodating to provide details for us to get into the property. The bed and pillow were comfortable.

Breakfast was limited but we did go down near the end of the breakfast timing.

Smooth self-check in process. Free parking near Piazza del Duomo was convenient and saved a lot of hassle. Garden was cute.

The place is not in the city center (same as Piazza del Duomo), so be prepared that restaurants nearby closes really early.

That was VERY nice hotel with really friendly stuff :) My room was very clean and spacious, also I've noticed that was cleaned every day. Breakfast was delicious, there were: cheese, ham, jam, muesli, milk, yogurts, cakes, furthermore you can ask about scrambled eggs. So it was not typical Italian breakfast ;) Surroundings of the hotel was peacefull and lovely. If I go to Pisa next time, I will choose this hotel :)

Poor and expensive for what it is.

Not much tbh, apart of the fact that parking was free and late self check in was easy to follow.

Booked a family apartment for 2 adults 2 children and aditional bedding was not supplied. Only one double bed was made up. The sofa wasnt prepared nor bedding supplied. The double bed bed sheet seemed used before with lots of creases and hair....the pilows had a particular smell....could. ot sleep on it. When the train passed the whole building was trembling. Cleaning was very poor...cobwebs at corners. Towels brown and grim. Breakfast poor for the money paid.

The bedrooms where nice and spacious. 2 comfortable beds. The staff was really nice and welcoming. The center is 15min walk away which was great to be close by but not in all the busyness.

The bathroom could use an upgrade and a good cleaning.

I wouldn't say that I didn't like it, and perhaps they do it for clients arriving at a more proper time, but having the AC on would be nice as most of us arrive exhausted. Also, my luggage was missing, and I arrived super late, with no options to go and purchase water or a toothbrush, even if they charge for it during check out, which would be a plus 🫣!

Good for short stay

Location to Pisa, airport and Marina. Modern clean apartments, good size room. Great parking. Cleaning staff were lovely. I would stay again despite issues mentioned below.

Air con not working in May and it was very hot in the rooms uncomfortably so at night but a bit noisy to leave window open. Double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together so ended up in the crack in middle of night which woke me first night. Lift unfortunately broke while I was there which made it difficult with babies pushchair, particularly when I was solo. Hadn’t realised kitchen was additional charge and not part of room. Had booked the place specifically as said it had a kettle so I could make my babies milk. No kettle just a stove and they didn’t charge me in the end which I was grateful for, but bit random to have on offer then to not be part of room price.

Apart from the poor breakfast, the place is very good and comfortable for short stay.

It was our second stay in this hotel. We got the same room. First time we had a complimentary bottle of wine but no breakfast. This time I expected the same but for some reason we had no bottle of wine. We arrived late and didnt plan to go out hoping to had some wine before bed.

There was no wine, but also no glasses, no cups, no kettle. We had breakfast with this booking which I dont recommend at all - this is the most limited and poor breakfast I've seen in entire Italy! The breakfast had no warm pastry, no eggs, no brown bread, no cheese, no ham. Its easier to say what was there: yogurt, white toast bread, butter, cornflakes and 2 types of cake. There was coffee/tea/fresh juice as well.

Declared me a no-show in order not to compensate me

I was not able to unlock the lock in order to get the key. I called multiple times, texted, no answer. I had to find another hotel and pay again, not to mention how difficult it is to find a taxi at 01:00 a.m. I complained to Booking and the owners declared a no-show without ever apologizing. Really not worth your money!
