Excellent location, near to the tower, could use some sound proofing for the front rooms.

The room was located at the ground floor in front of the street, so you can hear all the cars passing by.

The room was very dark and dated. It was across the main road from facilities. Shower grubby with rough towels.

It was easy to walk to from the airport, lovely building inside, and close to the Leaning Tower and nightlife in Pisa. We arrived before the room would be ready, so the gentleman on reception stored our luggage and served us 2 lovely ice cold beers while we waited in the garden in the sunshine.

The extra bed for our friend who joined us after a later flight, was very close to the main bed, it was more a double room than a triple. The shower had a missing panel so had to be careful not to get water on the bathroom floor.

Pleasant

Location was close to leaning Tower of Pisa.

Very uncomfortable bed. Rooms are very small. No room facility, even for hot drinking water, you need to cross the road and go to their hotel. Even electric kettles weren't provided.

Fair hotel for one night sleep

It is a fair location, 13 min walking to restaurants and the leaning tower and the aqueduct. The room has a good space for 2 adults and two children. The receptionist helped to book a taxi to the airport, they were nice.

Checkout was 10:30, usually is 11am, the heater in the bathroom was off. There isn't elevator in the building. To reach the reception I had to leave the building and cross the street. Breakfast was not included in the rate,

Poor

The room was on the first floor ,street level with traffic within 15 feet of the front window, and it's a busy street,so room 101 is not a room you want. The mattress was the worst i have ever tried to sleep on in all of my travels. They should replace that mattress, that will not help my back now.

Exceptional

The location of the villa is very good few minutes away from the square of Miracles on foot. The room was nice and comfortable , the staff was friendly , and kind, especially the man who served us breakfast and the recepsionist man in the morning .

The only thing I didnt like was the lighting in the room , it was a little pale for me. But this is relative.

bedbug nightmare

We discovered the next morning that our beds had bed bugs in them and stains on the sheets like it had been an ongoing problem. We alerted the staff and they said maybe they came in on our luggage or maybe it was just a “mosquito.”

Superb

We loved this villa hotel and the room was facing the garden. The room was clean with nice towels and the air condition and heating were working well. Will come back again when we drive on the way to Roma while visiting the field of miracles in Pisa.

Breakfast was simple with good coffee.
