The breakfast was optional, but I had it 1 morning,lots of choice ,full English was cooked well and enjoyed
The bed was very comfortable as was the chair in the room,the tea tray was exceptional
There's a lift if the stairs too much
The hist was very friendly and accomodating
This is beyond the owners control but the seagulls,I'm lucky I live by the coast so use to them,but Scarborough birds are on a new level

Fabulous location, just a few strides away from the cliff tram down to the seafront, and a short walk in to town. Our room was very clean and comfortable, stocked with tea, coffee, hot chocolate and bottles of water. We was pleasantly surprised to see the property had a small lift, which is unusual, but a bonus for us as we were on the 3rd floor.
Our mattress was too soft for us, but that is a personal preference.

The best B&B we have stayed in anywhere. Excellently decorated throughout with bright and modern colors, fresh, light, spacious, so inviting. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful, he was very personable and knowledgeable and keen to recommend local walks, restaurants etc. The breakfast was delicious, plentiful with lots of options.
Nothing to dislike whatsoever!
