    Had a very disappointing experience at Radisson RED Mohali. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to sleep. The smell was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t get proper rest, and I even started experiencing throat pain. I expected much better hygiene, cleanliness, and comfort from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Management should seriously look into the room’s air quality, ventilation, and cleanliness to ensure other guests don’t face the same issue. Overall, a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

    Located in the best area, viewing the beach. Room was somehow small but mattress was amazing. Coffee and tea facilities were included. Very pleased for my choice.

    Absolutely discussing hotel wouldn’t even let my dog sleep there never mind me and my 8 week old baby! They put me on floor -1 there was homeless people going down to this floor and the lift absolutely stunk of beer and urine. There was even dogs going into the rooms with these homeless people. I got out the lift to be welcomed but rubbish bags just left in the walkway entered the room to find the walls literally flaking off with damp stains all over the bedding and the stench of mould. Went to reception to complain and asked to be moved with my 8 week old baby to be told there was no rooms take it up with the provider you booked it with the girl on reception was rude as hell and didn’t give a crap to be honest even customers in the que to check in where discussed! I traveled 3 hours and had to find alternative accommodation which cost a small fortune being last minute. Avoid this hotel at all costs!! The whole building is run down and I not suprised given they let druggies and homeless stay there!!!
