Only one lift out of three working, we were on the fourth floor which meant climbing stairs to allow the lift for elderly residents. High blood pressure for myself meant this was difficult.

The area is perfect.
The long wait to book in ,due to internet .
The skirting board at the side's of the bed was very dusty.
The fan was thick of dust.I wish I had taken photos but regret not doing so.
There was only 1 cup in the room (3 adults)and no plastic cups for drinks.
There was nowhere to hang a towel in the bathroom.
There was no soap in either dispensers in the bathroom.i reported this and still got no dispenser filled. My husband had to again the next day for cups so we could have a hot drink.
