Fabulous views, spotlessly clean and staff were lovely. Room was well equipped, including an iron and board. Bed was very comfortable. Location was perfect, right between North and South bays and just a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre. We'll definitely be back.
Bathroom could have done with being updated as the sink was cracked but it was very clean and perfectly usable, so it wasn't off-putting.

A beautiful room and character building .Dean and Daniel were excellent host. Breakfast was delicious we even had a surprise easter egg awaiting on all the guest tables . We shall be returning when possible.

Parking limited but plenty of free parking if you don’t mind a walk!
