The property is in a great location. It is clean and tidy. Has a lounge u can sit in and watch tv
The only thing I could really fault is we had a room at the front and it was soooo hot only had one window u could open we did have a fan but it didn’t do much good

room on 4th floor, although very small was well appointed. The weather was extremely hot but there was a very efficient fan in the room. We were room only as we prefer to eat out but were told by other guests that breakfasts were excellent. car parking just outside hotel was only £7.50 for 24 hours, (discounted ticket issued by hotel).

The breakfast was beautiful and the 2 girls were very friendly and nice,
The chap on reception was very unfriendly. No free parking facilities, had to pay £26 for parking which is an extra on the cost of the room which was £290 and when promised a sea view window got a room with no view at all with old milk left on the window ledge also the room smelly of rotten eggs. Everytime somebody went to the toilet.
