    Have stayed in the Royal before and been satisfied with everything. We've just returned home from a 1 night stay and was very disappointed with our room. It was small the room was cramped the bed was very small, so not slept really well at all,no side tables because of the space and only 1 chair. At the most I would say it was a single bedroom with a three quarter bed shoved behind the door. The floor was slanted. I dropped a coin on the floor and it rolled to the wall the floor was that uneven. The food was OK but the restaurant staff work their socks off.

    First room offered had bed right up against wall ,so asked to be moved,it was very busy but was given 2nd room which was better but bathroom sink would not drain away .aI informed desk and was told a man with plunger would sort it ,He came while we were out but it was just the same told them again on leaving after 2nd day and was told that that particular room had a sink drainage problem. The waste trap should be taken out and cleared but seems they just put up with it..

    Though we booked a double sea view room through Agoda, the room alloted to us was a standard double room without sea view. Early check in at 2 pm was not considered, rest okay, nice location.
