Top marks for value for money, location and views across Scarborough. Decor and practicalities within the rooms were brilliant too
Noise in back alley, early morning wake up call- pigeons nesting on the scaffold. Would appreciate a vending machine for water and snacks. We loved the swimming pool but didn’t realise when looking at the listing this was at another hotel short walk away - could have planned our day differently if we knew this ahead.

Location is great.
This was my second stay and property has changed since autumn. Bathroom had liquid sticky dirt on the floor and there was dust behind kids bunk bed. Glass in the bathroom was dirty. My speacial request was absolutely ignored and it felt like they dont care about customers at all. I have requested extra pods for coffee machine but instead i received less then last time and pods was from different coffee machine!!! It was absolute joke on me!

Really lovely place with a great location. Next to the Clock Cafe which I love. Amazing sea view and everything you need in one room including a small kitchenette , fridge and patio doors onto the balcony. Everything seemed new and fresh but definitely needed some tweaks and a few things fixing.
The internet on the tv didnt work. Outside was dirty with old cigarette butts. And there is scaffolding directly next to you. The thermostat on the shower didn’t work so it was either freezing cold or scolding hot. The coffee machine didn’t work either and the toilet seat didnt fit. The walls are paper thin so as much as it says keep it down after 10pm you can literally hear everything that goes on in the rooms next to you. EVERYTHING!!!
