The property is perfectly located. Easy access to the building and room. Lovely sized room.
The floor had not been swept and felt dirty to touch. Everything else in the room was exceptionally clean. The coffee machine did not work.

The balcony wasn’t cleaned it had rubble from building work and seagull droppings
No lift not recommended if your fitness level is poor and it’s a bit of a distance if you don’t have a car away from the beach front
