Location Sea view room Friendly hosts Easy check in process Cleanliness Parking permit well priced at £5.00 for 2 nights .
The only downsides for me was that I found the bed was uncomfortable & in the hot weather could do with a fan in the room .

Meet and greet by the hosts-no.No reception at all,room key in a coded box. Just come from the Craigie Hotel in Penicuik, also rated 4 star,where breakfast was 7-11 as are most hotels.This establishment,a B&B at best,thought we should all be up early,we are on holiday don’t forget,and the hosts chose a 1 hour breakfast 8-9 am very poor! Also breakfast had to be booked in 15 minutes slots and food ordered the night before.Personally I have not booked into an establishment that is so impersonal.Suffice to say we booked for 2 nights but chose to leave after 1.
