Close to centre and open air theatre. Very clean, very comfortable, and cooked breakfasts were delicious. Gillian was a wondered host, and answered any queries we had.

Perfect location, excellent breakfast.
Staff were helpful, lovely to chat too and nothing was too much trouble.
Spotlessly clean, comfy beds. Loved the little touches in the room.

Proximity to Peasholm park, the theatre and the beach.
The toilet seat was old, with stains running on both sides of the U bend. It will need a change to fit the modern design of the rest of the bathroom. The curtain also had stains.
Also, I have had more filling breakfast. The idea of breakfast included encouraged the booking, but I would have gotten better portions if I planned for breakfast in the shops.
