Very cosy, clean and family run hotel.
My room was on the first floor, newly decorated and had everything I needed, tea & coffee making facilities, hair dryer, good size TV, towels and complimentary toiletries.
Amazing breakfast, selection was brilliant, fruit juice, cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, full cooked breakfast, toast with assorted jams and marmalade even marmite if you wanted, tea and coffee, basically anything you wanted you could have.
Brilliant location for North Bay, open air theatre, Peasholme park, walking distance to Marine Drive, 10 minutes if that.
Would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10

I liked everything: the hospitality, my room, it had everything I needed, breakfast.
The only thing that didn't work for me was that the windows of my wonderful room faced the road and it didn't let me sleep well. But that's probably because I'm a pretty sensitive sleeper.
Everything else was great.
