The friendly welcome from the hosts, along with their friendliness at breakfast time.
The excellent breakfast.
The fact that I could park in the property parking areas (so off-road).
Room could have been bigger but was fine for my stay of two nights.

Very clean room modern and very comfortable. Excellent staff and breakfast couldn't fault it.
A lot of steps to 2nd floor. But it really didn't matter to me.

Owner was on site when I arrived, very pleasant and helpful in explaining the hotel regulations. As I was a single visitor I found the en-suite bedroom very clean and comfortable and would definitely visit again.
