My partner, myself and a friend stayed for two nights. We were in Scarborough for a wedding at Hackness Grange, and The Meltham Guesthouse was exactly what we needed. The owner and his son were lovely, they obviously care about their guests and know what they are doing. The triple room we had was perfect, had all the facilities we needed. Absolutely would stay again.
As the triple room was on the ground floor, our windows were tinted. If we had been visiting for a holiday or a beach, perhaps we would have wanted a view, but overall Meltham Guesthouse was perfect for our short wedding stay.

Location
Low voltage very poor WiFi , very poor TV signal, very old and shabby in furnishings, old kitchenette , including appliances outdated electric hob, old shower unit. Couldn’t open bedroom or bathroom windows hence a fan in the bedroom
