Easy check in/out. Deposit quickly refunded. Room had most of the things needed-plenty of storage-Room inviting/clean-Nicely decorated-Choice of beverages and biscuit a nice welcome-Loved the table at the window so could eat/sit and enjoy the view. Tv a nice bonus. Have stayed on the same street before and it’s a lovely area—peaceful and quiet.
Good shower flow-just cubicle a bit small when manoeuvring-if drop soap that’s it!
A mini fridge would be handy and need for a bigger bin.

Paid for a sea view room and the view was absolutely fab! Room clean comfortable and cosy really enjoyed our stay and if we were to visit Scarborough again would definitely stay again.
Nothing to dislike was initially abit worried about the self check in and no staff being present but it actually worked fine we were able to do our own thing and come and go and there is a number in reception on the notice board should you need assistance with anything

I was upgraded to a sea view room. Excellent view of the sea, sitting at the table by the window. Room was very clean and quiet. Well functioning shower. Coffee and tea making facilities. Good communication with staff.
I was a bit uncomfortable about requirement to pay a security deposit and tidying up after myself, but it worked out OK. Security deposit returned to account by end of following day after check out.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable . Although staff not on site, they were very easy to contact if needed and helpful 👍
