The location was perfect, and staff were 25/10. Shelley was incredibly helpful, a mine of really interesting & helpful info. Efforts to accommodate my foot limitations post op & partner's mobility challenges were fantastic.
Personally, I found the mattress too soft, but that's a personal thing. ..

The room was clean and the bed comfortable.
This was booked as a hotel, this needs removing as it is a guest house, and is false advertising. The communal areas could do wirh upgrading and the carpets in the stars could do with a hoover. Had the people dowstairs shouting and slamming doors at midnight. It overlooks a nice little square, however it was being used by druggies. Would not stay again .
